At AJS & Advocates we give counsel services to our corporate and commercial clients depending on the need at hand by combining the Banking law, contract, competition, tax and compliance amongst others. We have previously advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and successfully assisted them in negotiation of complex commercial contracts.

We have successfully incorporated various business on behalf of our client, conducted due diligence where they wish to participate in security exchange, assisted in share transfer transactions, advised on matters to deal with good corporate governance among others. We also draft and review policies and ensure our clients are in compliance with all legal requirements.
